I styled a shoot with alexa chung, with photographer t.t. darby. we didn't want to portray her in the usual 'hip girl about town' look, and so we clothed her in dreamy gowns and showed her from a somewhat innocent perspective. the lady resisted our ideas at first but by the end of the day she was pulling bits out of my wardrobe and being fun. this is a dress I made a few days before the shoot, with a patchwork of silks, nets and rainbow scarves.
