techniques of ecstasy

so I was in california a while back. I did a lot of anusara yoga, I listened to erik davis on the progressive radio network, read about female goddesses, screen printed, exorcised. I also met penpal Nadine, who joined me in Berkeley, and together we made this video inspired by all the mind expanding stuff we read and talked about.
