h o m e

I must admit that I didn't even know that raw milk was commercialized up until the point I moved to east sussex, but now its sweet and rich flavour and the beneficial health properties have got me hooked. I only drink it when I'm home, as I know the farm where it comes from, which as well as producing milk and various dairies under the Demeter guidelines, it has a special soothing energy on the soul - and so does its milk.
