P A L E M E A L S

I've had a succession of pale meals. . .


1. live yoghurt with brown rice amazake and toasted sesame seeds.
2. short grain rice with shiso leaves, grilled chicory & tofu.
3. salad leaves from the garden with parmesan and balsamic vinegar, short grain rice with furikake.
